I’m for the idea that premarital cohabitation makes stronger marriage. I think a stronger marriage means that husband and wife hardly divorce. These days the word, premarital cohabitation, often appears on the media such as dramas, movies and debates on the websites. Why? Because there are so many increasing couples who divorce in our society, so it appears on the media by a solution of increasing divorce rate and a way of stronger marriage. In Korea, the most reason to divorce is the matter between mother-in-raw and wife. Living together before marriage gives a couple the time to learn spouse’s family tradition which could be different from another spouse’s, that is, it’s warm up. Through such time which premarital cohabitation gives the couple, they could know well each other and gear themselves for marriage. In other words, it makes stronger marriage.

corporal punishment

I’m con about corporal punishment. Corporal punishment has lots of side effects. First, children whose parents inflict corporal punishment on them could be healed of their physical wound, but a psychological wound which they get from their parents’ corporal punishment. It also causes their children to be defiant instead of reflection of their faults. Parents could vent their anger on their children with corporal punishment. When they are anger about their children’s faults, it could be hard for them to control their passion although they are sages. It is the most dangerous side effect of corporal punishment. Of course, it is of no use. If they inflict corporal punishment on their children more often, it could be habitual. Then they would punish their children although children make very small mistakes. Furthermore these side effects could easil
y repeat to next generation. If you want to bring up your children, you shouldn’t inflict corporal punishment. Your children could have irreparable wounds.

New Yorker.

The people who haven’t been to New York imagine the bagel and coffee when they hear about foods of New York. Many people imagine such sight that New Yorkers put on hill and walk in the street with the bagel and coffee. It is under the influence of movies or dramas. They think it is the style of New York and it seems to be free and live. But the truth is the bagel is just a meal which New Yorkers take cheaply and lightly. The bagel which is sold in Delhi tastes awful. New
Yorkers walk with a coffee because they don’t have enough time to take a cup of coffee and they have to give a tip if they sit in the café. The lunch time? New Yorkers don’t have such thing. New Yorkers’ daily life is keen as a battle. They are busy paying their lent to have cool life. Do you remember the Andrea’s saying in The Devil Wears Prada when she and her friends congratulate her getting the job at Run Away? It is “Jobs pays lent”. The New Yorkers’ image which many people have is just the stereotype of them. The truth is their life is not like such image that many people dream.

The truth of the Mona Lisa.

At my English coversation class on Monday, I got the question of the Mana Lisa. Then I thought of the story which I had read in newspaper the other day. Generally the Mona Lisa of Leonardo da Vinci is famous for its smile without eyebrows. Since the woman doesn't have eyebrows in the Mona Lisa, she seems to be mysterious, and many people seem to like it.
However, the newspaper reported that twenty five mysteries of the Mona Lisa, which has fascinated the mind of many people, was unraveled. Pascal Cotte, who is founder of the Lumiere Technology, has taken photographs of the picture with the 270-megapixel camera, which he invented, and analyzed it. As a result, Cotte has found out trace of making a brush stroke at left eyebrow. He said, "it doesn't make sense that she doesn't have any eyebrows". The mystery of smile without eyebrows which is its trade mark has been solved.

What a great power of science! It has unraveled mystery for several hundreds of years.

Topic : Tell us about your best memory of childhood.

When I was fourteen, I traveled to Jejudo. It was first time I went travel by air plane, and it was my longest-stayed trip. I was very nervous while my plane was flying. It was very wonderful and fearful that I was flying in the sky. Unfortunately it was very short. When I arrived there, it was raining and storming. I was worried about weather of that day while I was going to my hotel, because I didn’t want bad weather to ruin my trip. But several hours late, it stopped raining, and sunny day came. Since that it was very nice whether to travel during my trip. I visited many famous places in Jejudo and took many pictures while I was traveling. It was my best trip in my life.
